FURNISHINGS

All our furnished units have the following appliances:

Full Size Refrigerator
4 Burner Cook top or Range
Convection Oven
Microwave
Dishwasher
Garbage Disposal
Clothes Washer/Dryer (in the unit)

Kitchens are equipped with complete food preparation, cooking, and servicing utensils; and table service for at lease four settings.  There is a telephone with answering machine on the kitchen counter.

Cleaning equipment includes vacuum, ironing board and iron, broom, mop, dustpan, etc.

Main Room Furnishings:  Sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs and/or counter seating, cable TV and VCR, and music system as a minimum.  View the photographs on individual unit pages for additional features of specific apartments.

Bedroom:  Queen size bed, dresser, chair, and walk-in closets as a minimum.  view the photographs on individual unit pages for additional features of specific apartments.

Parking for 1 car is included with each unit.
